Garden

We grow all of the herbs used to flavor our selection of Fresh Chevre cheeses. In addition to our herb garden, we also have a small vegetable garden.  We use organic, no-till, and even experiment with some biodynamic methods in our garden.  In the past we have only grown enough vegetables for ourselves and our neighbors, but we’re hoping to sell vegetables straight from the farm and at farmers markets beginning this 2010 season.
